Need to make a return or exchange? No problem!

You can find order number in your Gaia Gems & Crystals Order Confirmation email.

That's all there is to it!

We're pretty sure you're going to be thrilled with your purchase, but just in case, we're here to help.

If you're not totally satisfied, we're happy to take back unwanted or defective items for a return or exchange within 14 days from the date they were shipped.

If you're returning an item, a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping. Please note, the cost of original shipping isn't refundable, and items marked as "Final Sale" can't be returned or exchanged.
